Having only worked here for a little while now, I can tell you this job is fantastic.12 hr shifts fly by, I feel at home in the work shack and don't want for anything during my shift. The location I have been to is quite nice, and I have been able to go for many walks in the morning before my shift in this beautiful forest/mountain setting. My downtime I spend in my own private space, while my cross-shift partner is helping our traffic. The onboarding and training process was painless and quick, from receiving any necessary HSE and ticketed training to implementation field training. Highly recommend this job to anyone who would like to work with their partner/spouse as this is an ideal set-up to still have your own space, however, be together. As an individual myself, I have worked with a few different individuals as well and have nothing but nice things to say about the people I have worked with.
